We are close to everything we need like work, the store, gas station, ect without feeling like we live in town. I'm also very excited to participate in the community games and be a part of the neighborhood. Home should be the place where you get centered, the place you rely on for a pick-me-up at the end of a long day, and the place you can never wait to return to. At Steeplechase Apartments, our upscale designs, smart interiors, and pleasing finishes make it so you can enjoy superb comfort and convenience.
Have lived here for many years and the location and amenities are amazing. Love having a beautiful pond literally right next to my back patio. Maintenance is great, management has been really great during the Covid-19 situation. Very caring and willing to help in any way. The only con is the rent increases every year even with no upgrades but I guess that is any apartment complex.

The maintenance guy came over and was helpful and got my air back up and running pretty quickly. Sometimes I hear my neighbors upstairs but nothing bad. So far I would recommend this place to anyone looking. I applied for a Steeplechase apartment in the Knoxville area on June 26th and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me.
Steeplechase is 33.7 miles and a 54 minutes from Fort George Meade. You'll likely want a car when living in this area since it has few transit options. Steeplechase is within 13 minutes or 5.8 miles from Goucher College. It is also near Towson University and Stevenson Univ., Greenspring. In the meantime, I went with a different option . I let them know I was going with a different option and hadn't heard from them since... Today , I received a text - not an email - from Steeplechase, requesting I pay my "delinquent amount" of $50, or incur additional fees. If this is any indication of how they run their apartments, please do yourself a favor and find a different apartment. While considering a move and looking at places for over a month I found that Steeplechase is the best bang for my buck.
Even though I'm not crazy about some of the recent changes, after living here 14 years I am still overall pretty darn happy and would recommend to anyone. Steeplechase has done some major improvements and always keep up on maintenance. The city of Cockeysville is a multicultural community that continues to grow.

This property has one bedroom to two bedrooms starting at $1,330/mo. Had no concern what ever for the special needs of my Autistic grandchild.
Plenty of people here have dogs which makes it really fun to take ours to the dog park so she can play, and the park area for the dogs is a good size too! I have noticed that the walls are thin, and most days it sounds like my upstairs neighbor is going to come through my ceiling. But that comes with living in an apartment. I lived here for three years and cannot recommend it.
